I know a # of the athletes we work w/ on race nutrition have used ETriCoach which is based out of Sarasota:

We hear the good, the bad & the ugly when it comes to coaches & I've heard nothing but good things about their (2) head coaches (Eric Kahl & Jackie Miller). It would be worth an e-mail to see if there's a fit.
