...some (more) cyclocross photos Can't Post

Not as epic as a race from the photos I posted last time
http://forum.slowtwitch.com/...ss%20photos;#2558414

but thought I would throw up some photos from Saturdays race, Beacon Cyclocross held in Bridgeton New Jersey:
Complete galleries of the Beacon race can be found here: http://www.mlkimages.com/2009-Sports/Beacon2009
as well as I'm running a slide shos of my favorite images on my website home page www.MLKimages.com

Enjoy!,
Michael

Yup - love your photos. I just had to throw this one in - my "salute" was not done on purpose (just went through a mud patch and I guess it was in my eye despite the glasses). But, it did pretty much capture my feeling from my crappy race ...

Great shots. Thanks for posting.

Are you firing a strobe on some of those?

I know - I catch so much grief from my teamates as well. Joachim Parbo (Danish national champion) called them "German levers" since they were into safety and all ;)

Hey, they work for Katie Compton and I'm not ashamed to emulate my fav racer, even is it is a girl ;) I couldn't hang with her for more than 5 mins anyway!

gotcha...so the training wheels are just out of sight in that pic?:-)

I have an athlete I coach who uses them too.
