I think 2009 Eagleman and Providence had them too. As always, double-check with IM or the individual RDs to confirm they still have them for 2010. YMMV.

I thought the slots for Honu 70.3 were only for Hawaiian residents?

There are Kona slots for "International", "State residents", and "Big Island residents".

The #s change over the years so don't know the breakdown.
