FWIW: Not at all. Copyright covers the expression not the concept. None of the ad language was copied, just the visual context. Further parody of a copy righted work is allowed.

Hmmm......, I like the effort and how your answer rolls off the tongue but I am not sure it's the best comparison.

A "fag tag" makes me think of the scarlett letter, a brand on the skin that is done against someone's will. Its purpose is to tell the world what others think of them. A "tramp stamp" in contrast is anxiously awaited by the owner. They save their pennies from working at Burger King and purposely get it done to show the world who they are.

Also a homosexual does not consciously choose to be gay. A tramp on the other hand seems to work hard towards that title.

Still B+ for the effort.

You haven't spent enough time in Walmart. Trust me, very little effort goes into being a tramp.
