I can help with the "don't do this" part

1. adjust the captor of your computer while riding (and if you do, do not stick your fingers in the spoles)
2. remove a jacket going downhill if it windy and the jacket has long sleeves (and if you do, do not stick the sleeves in the spokes)
3. do not take a turn at 50mph downhill on gravel (and if you do, pray...)
