Carbon Monocoque OR 3/2.5 Ti Frame
Can't Post
Riding an aluminum road frame right now, thinking of one of the two listed (Full Carbon Monocoque or 3/2.5 Ti Frame). Which one? Why?

Anything wrong with the existing aluminum frame? What are you looking to acomplish with a new frame? What properties are you hoping the new frame will have? Road geometry or tri geometry?

I've ridden both. Current tri bike is Guru carbon mono...ridden Moots Ti in mountains.
Carbon is ultra comfy compared to my alu roadie. however, there's something about Ti that is just so sweet.
it climbs and descends like no other. on the same road, I've ridden a BMC time machine and a Moots Vamoots compact, I prefer the feels of the Moots in the mountains.
If you're riding on flat roads in tri geometry, I recommend Carbon based on my experience. If you're looking for something in the hills, I love TI.
