Central NY/Finger Lakes Indoor Trainer Rides

For those in the Central NY and Finger Lakes region, there will be indoor trainer rides at our store every Saturday at 7:30am and Sunday at 8am with an option run afterwards. We'll have TDF/Ironman videos playing and music blaring and fans and other people to join up with. There will be set workouts, but you can do whatever you like and we'll have refreshments afterwards
