I have a last-minute question before an iron-distance event Can't Post

So sue me.

Forecasted temp at race start is 37 degrees. I'm just doing the bike leg of a relay. I have some embrocation (Oleum 2 ... medium hot). The directions are pretty vague and I haven't used it before. How much should I use and how long will it last? Should I mix it in with my boost before I drink it?

Put it on generously and rub in well. It will last more or less all day but takes a while to kick in so apply as early as possible. Personally, I would still wear knee warmers at 37F.

You are a disgrace to this sport. How dare you. You are fat, slow, your dog looks funny, and no one likes you. Your mom doesn't even like you. Your bike doesn't even like you. Go take up curling or beer pong. You aren't welcome with the rest of us elite athletes. If I ever saw you in person, I would punch you in the face, or run scared like a sissy, not sure which. I would kick your dog though, when you weren't looking.

Just so you know, the RD is probably going to pull you from the race for not being prepared. You'll be paraded around with the fat guy who can't swim and the girl who brought a beach cruiser.

Watch out man, I have some MAd Alchemy SUPER HOT stuff, I put a bunch on my legs, I didnt feel like it did anything, then my dick and balls started burning, also, the next day, I could hardly sit still because my legs started burning.....THE NEXT DAY!!!!! wear a rubber glove and dont take a piss or do anything where you have to touch your nether regions.

As it turns out, what you have is less important than what you do with it...

You have one of several problems.

A) You don't wash your hands enough and therefore got excess embrocation on your dick and balls when you played with yourself
B) You are too experimental
C) You don't shower enough b/c it still burned the next day.
D) Your boyfriends mouth isn't a good applicator; he probably had to go to the hospital.

Realize that I am joking.

To the OP: HTFU and do it naked! Some of us will not have the benefit of not being soaking wet when we start the bike ride on Saturday.

F'ing UNPREPARED newbie. What the hell do you thin this is, a forum to share information about triathlons? Tri-Poser!!!

On a different note, I am always too creeped out to use that stuff. I can't even handle IcyHot. Something not natural about that sort of thing.

Will you be wearing the slippers to keep your feet warm?

I would recommend you put your feet and calves under your compression socks, but I am crazy that way. :-)
