Lower Back Pain on Road Bike Only

High, was wondering if anyone has some advice for lower back pain. I have been getting back pain on my cervelo soloist but not on my P2. I have a fizik arione seat on both. Seems that a slightly downward seat angle works best for me. The angle on both bikes are pretty much the same. Although I have played around with the road bike by changing angles a few times. While downward is still better the back pain still eventually comes. The tri bikes tip of the seat is straight over the middle of the hub, while the road bike is 4-5cm in back of the end of the hub.
Any suggestions???
