Matt Fitzgerald Code Question (CDS, SPS, RDR)	Can't Post

I'm reviewing the high volume off-season training plan that Fitzgerald details in the Essential Week-By-Week Training Guide. There are codes for CDS, SPS and RDR that I can't find descriptions for in the book.

The third week of off-season training calls for CDS1, SPS2 and RDR1.

Can someone tell me what these codes represent?

Howdy, at work with Matt right now. He says these are within each corresponding chapter.

CDS: Cycling Drill Set
SPS: Swimming Pull Set
RDR: Running Drills

CDS1: Explained on page 420
SPS2: It's pull set, follows the same form as the drills sets
RDR1: Explained on pages 418-419

Thanks for the quick reply. I have been using the Friel's Training Bible in previous years, and this year a friend suggested I look at Fitgerald's book. I borrowed the book and read each chapter and copied every code down.

It wasn't until I got to this week that I realized some of the codes from the off-season plan weren't detailed in the code descriptions.

Bad news for Matt; he got an Achilles injury several weeks ago. (He calls it a general bodily mutiny.) He had to decide to fish or cut bait... and wisely decided to cut bait. So no AZ... and no Kona... yet. Gonna circle the wagons and figure out another race I think.
