Orca Alpha vs Blue Seventy Helix Wetsuits

I'm currently swimming in a Orca Apex 2 and looking to get either the Orca Alpha or the Blue Seventy Helix. Obviously fit is key but was wondering has anyone tried them both on and what are your thoughts. I've also heard Xterra makes one hell of a wetsuit as well. Thoughts?
