Carl Strong builts you one if you can part with the cash ($2800.- for the frameset).
My neighbor got one.
It is a piece of art and crazy light for steel even with the full steel fork.
He claims that his 60cm complete bike with tubulars and Record 11 group comes in under the UCI weight limit.
The clearcoated frame sections actually look exactly like brushed titanium.
