They haven't announced yet. Probably haven't finalized them.

Actually, I was in a bike store in Agoura, CA the other day and one of the people in charge was getting his bike fixed and talking about routes with the store mechanic. Part of it will go through the Santa Monica mountains/by the coast in LA. He said that Los Angeles is really pushing (sending letters/lots phone calls) to get a stage because of the extra $$$ it brings in. I'm so pumped because the week of the race is when I'll be home from Boulder for a few weeks, woohoo.

I'm guessing that the palomar stage will stay in. I wonder if Escondido is going to be the yearly finish for the race, the city really embraced having it, and came out in force for it.

it will be interesting to see which teams and riders show up next year. I appreciate the weather problems in Feb. and switching the race dates, but scheduling it during the Giro will really hurt the race's field. I think the decision was a mistake. The race is going to lose some of it's prestige that it had successfully built these last three years.

Spot on. ToC has grown because of the fields which included a good number in early prep for the Giro.
