Tufo sealant on Continental tubular?? Can't Post

Can I put Tufo sealant in a continental sprinter tubular? Is the Continental made differently than a Tufo tire?

Thanks

They are different, Tufos are vulcanized rubber, meaning no tube, while conti's have a tube. I use Stan's No Tubes sealant in my Conti tubulars, the stuff is amazing.

Are you saying you use this instead of carrying a spare tubular? Is this where you unscrew the valve, squirt in the sealant, spin it around, and you're on your way?

I've never had a flat with my Conti tubulars, but it did work well for the flat I had with my Tufo tubular. I only carry the sealant(with valve remover) with me on any race shorter than IM.

Nope. I put it in the tires before I mount them, so its in there all the time.
