WKO+ using Computrainer Coaching CS files

OK,
I can't figure out how to use my computrainer Coach CS performance files, which have a .cdf file extension, in my WKO+ software. The Computrainer 3D files are .3dp extension, and import fine, just like WKO+ says they should. I tried to export the .cdf files into text files and then put them in WKO+ (as the user manual indicates), but the files still don't show up in WKO+ displays.
There's gotta be a way to do this... anybody figure it out? Or I guess I could just user computrainer 3D, but I like to use manual ergo mode -- how do I do that and download the performance file (the only way I get into manual ergo mode is to disconnect the remote from the computer).
