VCR/DVD alert!! In Canada, it's being shown on NBC tomorrow (Sunday, July 5) at noon PT. It's listed as a 1.5 hour show. Simon Whitfield is my hero!!

My guide says nothing even at 1500...thanks by the way I know the time difference.

I find it online but not on my guide and therefore cannot set my DVR...oh well.

Jason,

Can you set your DVR to get this. I'm on the way back to Ottawa from New Brunswick and will be stopping in the Gats around 2 pm to get a 3 hour ride in plus 40 min swim before getting to my house, so I'll miss the entire HyVee race. The ST front page story is awesome and it got me out doing some 100m sprints on the local football field the day before yesterday (just so that I can be a douchebag in the finisher chute....)

I've already got it set as I'll be in the Gats for a bike/swim today.
