burn treatment?
Can't Post
What sort of stuff is good for burns? I posted a few days ago about a 2nd dregree sunburn i got. The skin on top sort of sloughed off, and the new skin hurts a lot when i sweat, any advice on clearing this up fast. I was doing a lot of volume before this (maybe too much), but considering i couldnt do much with this, i have been forced to take a small break, but am starting up heavy again tomorrow, hence why i want this cleared up fast.

well being redhaired, irish, and almost transparent, I've learned that nothing helps, eventually you learn to never forget suncreen or just live with the pain... i can remember family vacations to florida where i would do nothing but lay on my stomach in the hotel room b/c parents didn't know anything about sunscreen for kids back then... on the bright side aloe works for about 15 minutes at a time, the greener the aloe the better

I used a product called "duoderm" for my road rash last year. Works great. I'll bet it would help. I trained and raced with it plastered all over the left side of my body. Good luck!!!
