Treis - Jim Dicker of Racine is exceptionally bright, calm, and won his age group at IM Wisconsin last year. He's computer based with Power Tap/SRM, WKO+, as well as Garmin based running. He obviously knows both sides of the street. He can be reached at jgdicker@gmail.com .

Another resource is Steve at Endurance Sports institute, who already has some Madison area clients, and does a very personalized training plan. In fact, he was up there yesterday doing some personal swim technique work. Very up to date with current research and trends, and will definitely NOT be a "cookie cutter" plan, but tailored for YOU and your changing fitness.

Try them out, and you'll be very impressed!

There are many up there - Blake came right to mind. There is also Lauren Jensen, Heather Haviland and a number of other folks in the region. There are also folks at Endurance House and some of the clubs.

f.k.a - Record9, Record9ti Record10, Record10ti, Record10Carbon, but not SuperRecord11 as there are no bar ends.
