Hey Alex, as of this morning, I need 101 km in the remaining days in December to get to 1200 km for the year. Basically after being run over by the bus, doing rehab and now piling on some mileage I am back on track to average 100 km per month for the year.
Soooooo.....why don't you join me for 100km in December and we can do 1/10th of the month's mileage during the 10,000m IM (or whatever 10k session) some time between Xmas and New Years.
