I’m soon to be 47 and have signed up for my first 70.3 iron man this summer. I built this Beauty up with sram red components 167.5 cranks, ceramic speed bb, garbaruk oval chain wheel, ism saddle, zipp 858nsw wheels with continental GP str 28mm tires tubeless. Bike is an Argon18 E119 disc. Finally figured out how to load a pic.
