Cockpits comparison (Cervelo EX10/11)
I'm on a P5 Disc from 2019 with an EX11 set up. I've been looking at improving the front end (focus 1. comfort/stability and 2. aero) but will probably hold off given the cost especially as most options (outside of FasTTT) require converting the EX11 to EX10 which adds another ~$300 or maybe will just go with the Scoop ultimate since I can get a discounted pair. Just thought I'd share the quick comparison of the options I looked at (USD) for comments or to save time to those in the same situation:

Very helpful! Thanks for sharing.

I thinks its silly they didn't incorporate tilt into he ex-11. I have been looking for a way to modify, but it looks tough.

Good.price on the EX10 set up through eBay. Unfortunately not available to ship to the USA. ☹️

Vision TFE is a cheaper option. There's a whole thread here about it.

The Vision TFE for P5 are $3739 so didn't even include them. Unless I'm mistaken there's no good option to adapt the standard Vision TFE.

The Vision TFE Pro's work with an EX10 with an adapter

I just switched from the EX11 to EX 10. My main reason is to get just a bit of angle adjustment. I used Profile 52A extensions which are at a very reasonable price point. I have been aero tested and this is a VERY fast set-up. Under $500 total.
