Google Lens got it wrong, but googling "team soudal Oakley" and then looking across all the images led me to -> Oakley Encoder. Maybe it's a custom lens, don't see it as an open right now. [updated to add: check out the Strike lens option, and Elipse]

I've only owned two pairs of Oakley's in my life

One was a pair of sunglasses from the early 90s; the other was a pair of grips for my BMX bike about 5-10 years before that
