Two carbon repair patches to the frame. One to the seatstay from a tool dinging it. The other to the chainstay as a result of a dropped chain. Both repaired by a guy that has a great reputation for repairs in the Phoenix areas. I've put a lot of miles since the patches and have no issues.
I got a good deal on another bike, otherwise I'd still be riding it.
