I just cancelled my auto renewal.
Was charged $99 10/31/2023. So, I'm stuck with it until next year.
Also, noticed that they have been charging me $99 for the prior 2 years even though I've been a USAT member for over 25 years. Should have been charged the USAT reduced rate. My mistake, I should have paid more attention to the billing.
Why?
Content is very elementary.
I do not have interest in any of the other areas they cover.
I can get all the important triathlon news elsewhere, which I usually do and quicker.
Product reviews must believe I'm super rich.
I can't sit still long enough to watch a whole IM or IM70.3.
Finally, some of the benefits seem to have gone away.
