70.3 punta del este - DQ Winner?
Federico Scarabino raced as pro, won the race but wasnt annouced as winner, because Pro Categorie wasnt listed.

How come organization let me him race? Isnt that illegal?

It's happened before, IMWisconsin comes to mind and there was a 70.3 back in something like 2005-2008 (can't remember the year) where this happened.

In the past it's been proper/appropriate for the pro to bow out of the overall standings and let the Age group athlete have whatever day in the sun they can make of it.

Since there was no elite/pro division at Este del Punte, a pro can race 'age group': so 'legal'.
