Position Purpose:
Seeking both a "Truckmate" and a "TMT" Implementation & Training Consultant to be based in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing enterprise application software with external clients and strong project management skills. This role is responsible to analyze customer's as-is fleet and asset maintenance operations, identify opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement fleet and asset maintenance software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and deliver a course of action while implementing software to our clients.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients -
BA/BS or equivalent experience -
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -
Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week -
Ability to work independently -
Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions -
Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately -
Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives -
Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry -
Strong follow-through, with a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job. Ability to own and manage projects from end to end -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with customers inside or outside of the company -

Preferences:

Knowledge of Enterprise-wide [ERP] Fleet Management software in a transportation industry a huge plus -
Knowledge of Asset Maintenance and/or Truckmate software in transportation industry -
Project Management experience -
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
