I have two one condo in Kona during 2023 Ironman Race week.
Kailua-Kona Condo. Sea Village on Alii Drive. 1 bedroom unit.
One Bedroom Queen bed, Queen wall bed (in living room), full bath. Unit sleeps up to four people.

$375.00 $200.00 per night x 11 nights, $4,125.00 $2,200.00
Tax (up to) $10.00 per night payable at check in. (as of February 7, 2023, the rate is $7.45 a night. Closer to $10 in October).
If you don't need that many nights, I'm willing to let someone occupy the condo less nights, although I prefer someone to take the 11 nights. Please ask.
Unit is equipped with a full kitchen, TV, limited Wi-Fi, safe (free), hairdryer, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, patio or balcony. Shampoo and conditioner are not provided at the resort (in compliance with VI policy). Such small travel toiletries can be purchased at the front desk. Laundry detergent is not provided.
Sea Village is located approximately ten miles from the Kona International Airport. It is a short distance down Alii Drive from the small village of Kailua-Kona.
