Cap Cana 70.3 is this weekend in the Dominican Republic. Just a heads up that we had a reservation at the race hotel, the Sanctuary Cap Cana and cancelled it well within the time frame for a full refund back in March.
We received an email cancellation confirmation from them indicating that. And thus far, they have not issued the refund back to our credit card after 30 days, after first promising it in 8-10 days, we waited that amount of time, and no refund.
We contacted them, and then they said sorry, we will start the refund now and it will take 8-10 days. We waited, and no refund.
We contacted them again today, and they say, sorry, we will start the refund process today and it will take 14-21 business days.
I will start the dispute process through American Express.
