Any idea why it’s not available yet? Pretty sure replays are normally available a few hours after the race. It’s tough trying to avoid spoilers.

Well, that definitely explains it.
Apparently the weather forecast called for strong thunderstorms with heavy rain. Due to the infrequency of such events in Abu Dhabi, their infrastructure isn't designed to deal with large amounts of rain and significant flooding was expected that would make racing dangerous hence the cancellation.
