Can't see why not. Whilst not those specific wheels, I've used 2 or 3 different wheels on my 'dumb' KK rock'n'roll turbo.

Biggest faff was sourcing a Traxle for it rather than the traditional QR axle that came with mine, when I got a bike with a bolt-through axle rather.


I'd defo chuck an old shiiiite tyre on it though if it's going to be used a lot - my rear tyre is defo flattened and coated in a thin silvery Alu sheen as a result of use. I'd be miffed if I did that to a race day tyre.

They can. Use a junk QR as to not damage the nice one the wheels came with.

Bigger issue is the tire. They wear out quickly on the trainer. Rather than swapping tires I swap to an old wheel with a trainer tire on it.
