Traveling with Kickr Rollr
I can buy a Kickr Rollr locally for under 300€ (returned item). Therefore I was wondering if the front frame on the Rollr comes apart easily such that you can travel with it easily? It now seems that the front frame is too large to fit in a typical suitcase. However, if it’s easy to disassemble it would be a nice option to take with when we travel to races.

Unsure but I use the feedback sports equivalent to take to races, much much smaller.

That one’s indeed also on the list. The Rollr is a lot cheaper at the moment though, that’s why I was wondering if it’s possible to travel with it.

On the plane? Not really. It's 50lbs and even though it comes apart in two pieces the front is very wide.

Traveling in the car? Sure no problem as it packs pretty flat, but again, wide.

Here are the box dimensions
‎40 x 32.5 x 11 inches

Unsure if you are questioning the Kickr or feedback for a plane. Feedback no issue.

I was asking about the Kickr, but if the front frame doesn’t break down into smaller parts, it’s never going to fit. I must say I also underestimated the weight, focusing mostly on the size being the limiting factor.

It seems like it’s going to be the Feedback Sports trainer.

Definitely not the unit you're looking for if travel is a priority. It's huge, doesn't disassemble easily, even when it's disassembled there's no way it would fit in a standard suitcase, and it's over the 50 pound limit even before you find something to carry it in.

Feedback sports Omnium is the thing to get if you're looking for a travel trainer.
