Local swimmers recently took at shot at the 200 medley relay national masters record and decided to video the effort...enjoy.

I was watching that thinking my YMCA masters team beat that handily (breaststroker did a 26, I did a 22.5 free). Then it said at the end it was meters.

25 & change... Not too shabby, 50 fly was never a great event for me. I was on a national record relay a few times... when I was 17 we did 3:27 for 4 x 100 free (scm) ... thats 51 average...

What AG was that?? some nice swims. I think we maybe have a 40-44 group on my team that could give that one a go. SCM meets are not that big around here and most skip them, but for yards we have 40+ guys that do around a 23 for back, 25+ for breast, 22+ for fly, and 21+ for the free. Not sure on the conversions, but real good for 40+ year olds...
