I am hoping Ed O. and some others will chime in too that have raced here. I am coming from Wyoming to race, as one can guess outside training is very limited this time of year here. I have been doing heat training sessions and will start Hot Water Immersion about two weeks out. I have also been running grass and dirt sections as well as pavement to prep for the different run sections. I have two bricks planned that include swim bike and bike run that will be as close to conditions as I can make them.
I will get to Hawaii on Sunday and the race is Saturday(6 days) there.
Is there anything that somebody wish they had done to prepare for this race, if they could do it again?
