IT was eye opening for me that I could swim one arm fly so fast, and it was at a much lower HR than regular fly. I think I will add a lot more of this in the future, to help build the stroke out, without all the pain associated with real fly. That 100 was hard!!!
You’re discovering the joys of doing one armed fly! I’ve long been a proponent of it, since it lets you do lots of fly to get the timing and rhythm right. Timing is everything.
