Same could be said with Stormy. "We know that Stormy is a porn actress, but trump chose to sleep with her - so that's why we called her as a witness".

what facts are in dispute on this front? does trump categorically deny that he had sex with daniels? or does he just deny the subsequent stuff (payment, campaign expenses, etc).
According to the judge, in Todd Blanche’s opening argument he denied the affair with Stormy. Not sure of the exact words, but that was the gist of it.

It appears to be as far as the gag order goes. The judge has allowed responses to comments outside the court.

My statement was wrong about NPR not covering this story. But it just isnt a page 1 story for NPR. Similar to how none of the news publications have the NBA draft lottery on their home page, but you can find it on the cover of all their sports sections.
