Is that a Jeremy Roenick stick on the wall? I had a few sticks from the Hawks as kid on my wall and had one just like it.

Getting around to framing up the pain cave, and getting close to start pulling wire. I was about to order those RJ45 to usb but then I noticed they arent USB2 compatible, or so it says it supports usb1 speeds only. Do you know if your ANT dongle is USB2 or 1? I believe they usually say on the back somewhere. Just wondering if this will work with the USB2 dongles that are pretty much required now on Trainer Road, well in certain applications anyway. Thanks again for all the tips!

My house isn't very big and we needed the guest bedroom back! The small room wasn't really working for us anyways. Plenty of space behind the garage so we decided to extend the building and add a 20'x24' addition. It's took a year to build as we've jumped from contractor to contractor to get it done.. A lot of favors along the way to get to this point. I did all of the electrical, insulation, painting, floor epoxy, etc.. contracted out the rest. Really wish we would have just bid the job out to one person and got it done asap... oh well! Ceiling with scissor trusses is 10' high at peak so it feels big. We wanted it to feel like a dungeon. Still figuring out decorations and moldings.. haven't had time to finalize that stuff. The heat pump will keep the room at 64 degrees all year long. Still need a few things like a full mirror by the rack. I'm really loving this setup though. Compared to being in a small guest bedroom this space feels awesome to be in. Only wish I didn't have to go back into the house to use the bathroom!

Slowing getting my new man cave going in the family room. 4 Velotron bike trainers, with powercranks. DDR pads setup. Treadmill. WDTV media box to watch my collection of movies. 8 foot front projection screen. 2 40 inch LCD flat panels. Just need to find some 75 inch panels to mount to the wall.

Sorry, I forgot to put away my Hawaii shirt which I wore on my KQ Party :-)
I constructed the weight holder with little wheels such that I can move it.

Hey Miguel - I enjoyed checking out your site, and found your story inspiring.

Here's my cave, bringing it back to life for the fall in New England (getting down into the 30's today!)
