My dimond and cube

which one of those do you like better? will you tend to race most of the time?

It’s still too soon to tell which I bike I like better. I’ve only raced with the cube once at IMFL with only a handful of training rides before that. The cube definitely feels stiff compared to the dimond. I would probably race with the cube more on hilly courses and the dimond on flat ones.

hopefully acceptable...The 2019 P3 is ready for PR in a few weeks. Di2 charged. New battery in the embedded PT PM built into the wheel. New GP 5K tires on the Zipp 808's fr/rear. Newly waxed chain. Mechanics are OK at this point-the engine is always the question...

back up Jamis is ready, if needed. *(Not bad for a $900 as is investment)

Many thanks for the reminder of Imgur, Ben!

you know you can drill grommets in the top tube and clean up that bento and bento/aerobar interface. I've done it for a few people.

"Possible". Understood.

BMC TM01 One Disc. Everything is out of the box except the saddle which I changed to a Selle Italia Novus Boost Superflow which hopefully will help against numbness. Now I'm only waiting for spring to arrive to be able to take it outside...

I love that bike. BMC did a great job with keeping their clean looks with the disc brake version. Any reason you have the aero bottle midway up the downtube instead of at the lowest mounting point?

If i do longer rides I need two bottles and if I want to mount another aero bottle on the seat tube I need to have this one at this spot to be able to remove the seat tube bottle from the mount.

Fun fact: I bought the bike directly from the BMC Vifit triathlon team. I have connections to the team through my work and they had a bike in the right size coming in which they could sell to me at a "good" price.

Ah okay. Makes sense! No reason to believe its not a fast bike, especially considering how Rohan Dennis ditched his sponsor's bike to ride it at the World Championships.

That was actually the rim brake version. Nonetheless, I doubt that BMC has made the disc version significantly slower.

Here is my 2011 Felt B14. I bought it in 2017. It now has a set of Flo wheels, 60/90 (ST classifieds), instead of the no-name Chinese wheels with Easton stickers that it came with. Chinese carbon bars, which I’d like to switch out for something more adjustable. Shimano 105 ten speed, with 165mm cranks.
Perfect for a 64 year old with no hopes for the podium. I do a 70.3 and at least one Olympic each year.

I’d love to know how to get my photo to appear properly. It’s under the size limit, and I checked the “Inline” box.
